The One Liner Challenge

one liner

I want to thank the lovely Irina for tagging me. I really enjoy this challenge so even though I have done it before I was pretty keen to give it another go. This time I decided to look at some of my recommended anime from 2018 and see if I could describe them in one sentence. So without further delay lets get into it.

The Rules

  1. Accept and thank your challenger(s) by linking back to their post.
  2. Make a post of one-sentence summaries and/or roasts of at least five books/anime.
  3. No spoilers!
  4. Link back to The Awkward Book Blogger so she can see your post.
  5. Challenge as many or as little people as you want!
  6. Have fun!

  1. “The title is a lie I tell you – a lie!”
I just saw a manga called Moon Land. I was disappointed to find out that it does not involve the moon landing. Booo!

    Anyway, thanks for tagging me!

    1. I really thought about how to summarise March Comes in Like a Lion season two and then realised it was pointless. It must be experienced.

      1. That’s true. It’s one of those shows that can’t be simplified or explained. It’s all about the experience because it draws out an emotional response so it must be watched to be understood.

        1. I mean, you can describe the events to people but it really doesn’t sound that interesting. As you said, it’s the experience of watching that is important.

        1. It would be nice if there was a way to save posts in a folder where you’d been tagged so that they were easy to find again when you had time to respond to them. Or maybe I should just get around to them sooner. I just know I’m pretty terrible at responding to them.
