This episode really knows how to pace drama. At no point did it feel like nothing was happening, and yet they really did make you wait until the very end to get to the punchline of the episode. Naho continues to be an incredibly oblivious character but at least she finally read the rest of the letters and they gave some justification (though it is pretty sad) about why she hadn’t just read the whole lot in the first place.
Overall, this series is continuing to be good at delivery a nice dramatic tale with enough ominous foreshadowing to keep things interesting while the general tone is kind of light. Still enjoying Orange.
Orange is available on Crunchyroll.
