Finally they’ve raised the stakes and the trainee heroes may actually be in some peril. With Midoriya and co facing more of a challenge than potential expulsion this episode is far more emotionally charged and it brings back some of the earlier energy of the series.
A minor quibble, but why do villains always look truly inhuman? I mean, yes the heroes have a frog girls and various other characters with extra arms and the like, but there are equally heroes that either look good or perfectly ordinary. Yet, the horde of villains marches in and parade some truly extreme non-human characteristics.
As I said, minor issue in an otherwise quite enjoyable episode. Looking forward to what Midoriya has planned next.
