Review:
Once again, there was nothing exactly wrong with this episode of Cardcaptor. Sakura goes shopping and runs into Akiho. She then has some family time before hearing a weird sound and having a vision. Then we see her next day at school before finally she captures a card. It is all kind of standard and not exactly blowing my socks off.
That said, it can’t really be dismissed either because they are still setting up multiple red-herrings as to who the hooded figure is and what role Toya will end up playing. They also kind of dealt with the Syaoran is never around when Sakura captures a card as he was this week. Now we’re just going to have to deal with him feeling inadequate because he couldn’t sense anything even though he was standing in the room.
We also had a quick phone call from Meilin and that was cute and all but mostly didn’t further any of the plot. It more just answered the question of where is Meilin and what is she up to.
So yeah, nothing wrong with this episode but also nothing to get overly excited about.

Great review, by the way I thought you were a guy until I took a closer look at your avatar. Pleas accept my apologies.
Don’t worry, it happens a lot.
Thanks
Oh, and because they’re being deliberately vague about it: Akiho is living with Syoaran.
