I wonder if the visual metaphors of flowers and butterflies are actually a sign of the fleeting and short lived nature of romance, or is that just the cynic in me coming out to take the sweetness out of imagery that is fairly solid and not too in my face. Whichever way, the ongoing use of flowers in this show gives it consistency and I’m certain that someone will be busily looking into what each of the flowers mean and how they contribute to a greater narrative…
